Orders confirmed by 2PM will ship same day, Mon-Fri excluding weekends and major holidays.

Packages are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost, with tracking number. $10 Flat Rate, Two business days to most areas of Ontario/Canada! Local (GTA) deliveries are usually next day! Please note: To some parts of Canada, Expedited service will be used instead of Xpresspost as there are no Xpresspost services available!

Return Policy

We test our starter kits to be sure your kit is ready to go.  If there is a defective part,  we offer a 7 day warranty against manufacturer defects on batteries, atomizers and chargers .  Lr attys have a warranty for Doa (dead on arrival only). Defective parts can be returned within 7 days upon delivery. No return on eliquid or cartridges due to sanitary reasons.
